For those of you who don't know how to achieve a star by seeing the dolphins at the sparkling ocean, I am here to help. (Sometimes it doesnt work for no reason, I think they come every 10 minutes or so)
All you have to do, is go to the middle island (where Ka-lana is) just use your hello action and they should come!
